    Tree/Bush Cutback on Common Property along Praslin and Avalon Swale buffering Isles homeowners fence line, including swale ditch

    Swale ditch gate repaired

    Shopping cart removed from common property ditch in the Isles

    Attorney Letter to homeowners sent

    Backflow testing option outside of HOA info given to Classic homeowners

    In person BOD meetings restored to in person meetings per request of BOD and various homeowners

    Monthly BOD meetings established

  • 2025 Compliance Enforcement

    Update:

    03/25/25 meeting it will be established on how enforcement for compliance will be issued.

    All homeowners are responsible for maintaining front yard landscaping.

    The BOD (Board of Directors) is working with the landscape company to create reasonable set of rules to insure that common property of irrigation is protected if homeowners decide to change the layout of their landscaping.

    The BOD is discussing creating a community page for HOA homeowners to volunteer or offer assistance within the community. A type of referral page for homeowners who are in need of services provided outside of the HOA. It may be something the BOD cannot do.

    The BOD understands that compliance enforcement has not been consistent in the past and are sensitive to the concerns of all homeowners.

    The BOD will adjust monthly as concerns arise if needed. Please check back to this page periodically.
